Print Design

You can chose between those deliverables:

• Business card design

• Promotional flyers

• Event rollup or posters

• High-resolution print-ready files

Because our products and services are digital and tailor-made, we apply a specific exchange and refund policy:

• Before project start: You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, provided that no work has started yet. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

• After project start: Once the service has begun (strategy sessions, research, or first deliverables created), refunds are no longer possible, as the work is personalized and time-based.

• Digital products (templates, files, designs, etc.): All sales are final once the product has been delivered, as digital goods cannot be “returned.”

• Exchange: If you ordered the wrong service or package, you may request an exchange (for an equivalent service of the same value) before the start of the project.

All our products and services are delivered digitally.

• Delivery method: Depending on the service, deliverables are sent by email, shared via Notion, Google Drive, or delivered during online meetings.

• Delivery time:

  • One-time services (SEO, copywriting, design, audit): delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on project scope.

  • Monthly packages (social media, advertising campaigns): delivered on an ongoing basis according to the agreed schedule.

• File format: Designs are provided in high-resolution, print-ready formats (PDF, PNG, JPG). Strategic documents and audits are delivered in PDF, Notion, or Google Docs formats.

• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and when deliverables are ready.
